10 AND 23 is founded on the belief that adolescence is not only one of the most exciting and vital processes in human development, but it is also the perfect time to provide research-informed and young person-centered support. Over the last two decades, significant advances have been made in our understanding of adolescent development, yet many of our services are struggling to keep pace with this change.
The mission of 10 AND 23 is to make research accessible and to support the continued transformation, evolution, and fine-tuning of youth services so that young people receive the best possible care. 10 AND 23 was established to help professionals and organizations achieve their potential so young people can do the same.
10 AND 23 offer various services to help individuals, teams, and organizations work more effectively to meet young people’s needs. 10 AND 23 provide service evaluation, consultation, training and development, reflective supervision, and tailored qualitative research. Bringing expertise and experience, 10 AND 23 can help you and your team develop impactful and youth-led interventions that will make a meaningful difference to your organization and young people’s lives.
